Description:
The participants will perform a simple VA/VE study on mold and die. Through this training, participants will be able to develop a way of thinking that will improve the relationship among three important elements: product, function, and cost.
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to explain the fundamentals of plastic injection mold assembly and assemble two-plate and three-plate plastic injection mold assembly.
In this training, participants will have a better understanding of the use of NX in assembling a mold. Participants will create, edit, and complete a mold within the NX assembly environment
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to explain injection mold design, perform mold design using NX mold wizard; and, validate by simulation and correct design
